How to Track Your Order
- Check your shipping confirmation email.
- Locate your tracking number.
- Click the tracking link provided in the email.
If the link doesn’t work, you can enter your tracking number directly on the carrier’s website.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation email.

Please check your:
- Spam or Junk folder
- Promotions tab (for Gmail users)

Tracking Says “Delivered” But I Haven’t Received My Package
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive your package, please:
- Check around your property and mailbox
- Ask neighbors or household members
- Contact your local delivery carrier
